Our Commitment to You

Our policies are designed to protect your rights and ensure your satisfaction with the services we provide. These policies do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To help us deliver quality service efficiently, please:

  • Inform our staff of any allergies to chemicals or substances before receiving any services.

  • Provide feedback or comments during your service so we can meet your expectations immediately.

  • Notify staff or the salon manager right away if you have any concerns about the salon, staff, or services received.

  • Inform staff or the salon manager immediately if you suspect an infection or any unusual reaction or condition affecting your nails.

Guarantee

Remember: Nails are jewels, not tools. Treat them kindly, and they’ll stay beautiful for weeks.

  • Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days. Dipping powder and enhancements are guaranteed for 7 days.

  • If you notice chipping or lifting within the guarantee period, please call us to schedule a free repair using the original color or product.

  • Repairs must be scheduled within 5 days of your original service.

  • Repairs beyond the guarantee period, or for breakages, tears, or corner breaks, may incur a fee.

  • Regular polish services are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for infections. (All tools and equipment are thoroughly disinfected and available for your inspection.)

 

Refund Policy

  • No cash refunds will be issued after a service has been completed.

  • Exiting the salon indicates acceptance of, and satisfaction with, the service provided.

  • If you’re not satisfied with your nails, please inform us before payment. We’re happy to adjust the work or remove enhancements/coatings.

  • No refunds are offered for a simple change of mind.

  • We will redo any service free of charge if you inform us immediately after completion that you’re unhappy with the quality.

  • If you remain unsatisfied after we have redone your nails and wish to pursue a refund, you must follow our Customer Complaint Procedure. This involves submitting a written explanation of your concerns, including photos as evidence of the issues with the nails we redid.

Appointments

  • Please arrive on time to enjoy your full scheduled treatment time.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service at the original price to respect other clients’ appointments.

  • Cancellations require 24-hour notice.

  • Please inform us of any additional services (e.g. nail art, soak-offs) when booking your appointment. Providing details in advance helps us assign the right technician and allocate sufficient time.

  • Services for group bookings (3+ people) may require a deposit.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Pricing

  • Service prices and other charges are displayed on our price list. Please ensure you’re aware of costs before receiving services.

Payment Methods

  • We accept cash and all major credit cards (minimum $10). A 2.5% fee applies to American card transactions due to processing costs.

  • We do not accept checks

  • We accept tips via credit card with 2.5% fee. Gratuities are greatly appreciated in cash.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be redeemed.

  • We cannot redeem gift cards after their expiry date.

Surveillance

  • For your safety, our premises are monitored by digital video surveillance.

Child Safety

  • For safety and insurance reasons, children must be supervised by an adult and remain seated with their parent while in the salon.

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for any damages caused by their children.

  • To respect a relaxing environment for all clients, please ensure children do not run, yell, or cry inside the salon.

For Your Protection

  • Keep personal belongings with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Regular Polish Services

  • Please hand your chosen polish bottle to your technician. Any broken bottles will incur a $10 charge.
